Monique S. Laws, 82; of Fulton passed away peacefully at Morningstar Care Center, Oswego. Mrs. Laws was born in France and she has lived in Fulton for most of her life. She was a past member of the Oswego County ARC and Fulton Art Association. Mrs. Laws was pre-deceased by her mother Wilhelmine Lang-Morbe and son Mason Laws. She is survived by her husband of 61 years Maurice A. Laws of Fulton, their daughter Michelle (Richard) McCann of Fulton, 2 brothers: Wolfgang Morbe of Germany, Manfred Morbe of Germany, and her grandson Michael (Erika) Laws of WA. There will be no funeral service or calling hours. Burial will be held privately. In honor of Monique the family has requested that donations may be made to a charity of your choice. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.
