Kenneth A. Keil, 71, of Hannibal died Sunday in the Oswego Hospital. He was born in Buffalo, NY and moved to Oswego County in 1973. He worked for Niagara Mohawk and Constellation for twenty-seven years in the Electrical Department and Buildings and Grounds. He was a member of the IBEW Local Union #97. Mr. Keil served in the United States Airforce serving from 1962 until 1968. He was an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills and the Buffalo Sabers. Mr. Keil is survived by his wife Shirley Keil of Hannibal, and children Shawn (Sativa) Keil of FL, Matthew (Alissa) Keil of MN, Holly Fantom of Fulton, stepchildren Todd Richardson of Red Creek, Justin Richardson of CA, Ted (Terri) Richardson of Fulton, Cindy Falter of Rochester, Lisa (Randy) Kinville of Fulton, his sister Karen (Harry) Geithe of Buffalo, 21 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a stepdaughter Rhonda Furlong. Funeral services will be Friday 10:00 a.m. in the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, Oswego. Burial will be in Fairdale Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home 147 W. 4th. St. Oswego.
