  1. I send my heartfelt condolences to Joe’s siblings. He will be missed by many as he was loved by many including myself. The world will be a sadder place without him. He was a good person, kind and sweet. I will always remember his smile as a young man in high school.

  2. Joe was a great friend to my father, Barry Smith, and my mother as well. I enjoyed anytime that I spent with my “Uncle Joe”. His laid back demeanor was often comforting. He saw my family through hard times and will be truly missed. I was not able to attend his funeral, but he was in my thoughts. I hope he knows how much he meant to me.
