John V. Rowe Jr., 61; of Fulton died Saturday, April 25th at Oswego Hospital after a long illness.  Mr. Rowe was born in Pennsylvania and has been a resident of Fulton for 16 years. Mr. Rowe was a United States Veteran having served in the Marine Corp. from 1967-1971.  He was past employed with the Veterans Administration Hospital, Syracuse as a File Clerk.  Mr. Rowe was a past member of the Redcreek Marine Corp. League and enjoyed participating in their volunteer project Toys for Tots. He was pre-deceased by 2 sisters.  Mr. Rowe is survived by his companion of 20 years, his son, 3 daughters, 1 step-daughter, 2 grandsons, 2 step-grandchildren and 2 nieces.  Funeral Services and Burial will be private.  There will be no calling hours.  The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton, NY has care of the arrangements.
