Janice Collar, 83; of Phoenix died Thursday at Michaud Residential Health Services, Fulton. She was born in Syracuse, NY and she has been a lifetime resident of Phoenix. Mrs. Collar was a retired School Bus Driver from Phoenix School District. Mrs. Collar loved the beach and camping at Port Ontario, NY. She was pre-deceased by her husband Roland “Red” Collar in 2009. Mrs. Collar is survived by her 2 sons and daughter-in-laws Brad and Debbie Collar of Phoenix, NY and Scott and Sally Collar of Redfield, NY, 2 sisters: Sharon and Sandy, 5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services and Burial will be held privately. There will be no calling hours. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.
