Frank J. Zeno, 90 of Oswego died Saturday He is survived by his daughter, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home 147 West Fourth Street, Oswego.
