Francis R. Deloff, 70; of Oswego passed away Friday at home. He was born in Syracuse, NY to the late Louis and Susie (Lamie) Deloff. Mr. Deloff has been a longtime resident of Oswego, NY. He was a graduate of Hannibal Central High School—Class of 1966. He retired from Printing with Speedway Press, Oswego. Mr. Deloff enjoyed watching NASCAR and the Syracuse Orangeman. He also loved to go to the local Farmer’s Markets. Mr. Deloff is survived by his wife of 32 years Dola Deloff, their 2 sons: Jeffrey Deloff of VA and Daniel Deloff of SC, 5 siblings: Rosemary Woodard of NM, Richard (Lucy) Deloff of Hannibal, NY, William (Nancy) Deloff of Phoenix, NY; Walter (Eileen) Deloff of Hannibal, NY; Gary (Patty) Deloff of Pulaski, NY; and his sister-in-law Judy Holthouse of Pulaski, NY and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Deloff was pre-deceased by his brother Thomas Deloff. Funeral Services will be held 5:00 PM Tuesday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton. Spring Burial will be held privately at Hannibal Center, Hannibal, NY. Calling hours will be conducted 3:00 to 5:00 PM Tuesday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., Fulton.
