Frances Frisbie Montone, 86; of Fulton died Monday at A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital, Fulton.  She was born in Wayne County, PA., and she has been a resident of Fulton since 1947.  Mrs. Montone was past employed with the Woolen Mill, Fulton; Sealright Co., Fulton; Columbia Mills, Minetto; Birdseye, Fulton and Carrier Corp., Syracuse.  She was pre-deceased by her husband Albert Montone in 1994.  She is survived by her daughter Darlene (Joe) Snyder of Fulton, 2 grandchildren; Jesse (Crystal) Contois, and Jenny Contois, 4 great grandchildren; Tre, Kayla, Xavier, and Noel, several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.  Funeral Service and burial will be private.  There will be no calling hours.  The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton has care of the arrangements.
