Elga DuBois, 91; of Fulton will have a spring burial 9:00 AM, April 21st at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Volney, NY with Rev. David Grey officiating. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton has care of the arrangements.
