Edward W. Rapacke, 85; of Fulton died at Loretto, Syracuse, NY. He was born in Utica, NY to the late Chester and Agnes (Yasko) Rapacke. He has been a resident of Fulton for over 50 years. He was a United States Veteran having served in the Army during WW II from 1944-1946. Mr. Rapacke operated Chester’s Grill, Fulton, NY. He was a member of the BPOE #830, Fulton, and a former member of the Fulton VFW Post #569. He is survived by 4 siblings: Robert Rapacke of MN and FL, John Rapacke of Marcellus, NY, Chester Nicholas Rapacke of Fulton, NY and Sheila Rapacke of LA and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, July 7th at 11:00 am at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., with Rev. Moritz Fuchs officiating. Burial will be in Chase Cemetery, Lysander, NY. Calling hours will be held 10:00-11:00 AM Thursday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton.
