David Fragale, 54; of Fulton died Tuesday at Oswego Hospital peacefully surrounded by his family.  He was born in Fulton and he has been a resident of the Fulton-Oswego area for all of his life.  Mr. Fragale was past employed with M&M Resources. Rochester, NY as a Mortgage Salesman.  He is survived by his sons Anthony D. Fragale, and Matthew J. Fragale both of Fulton, and his brother Richard Fragale of TX.  Memorial Services will be held Sunday at 3 pm at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton.  Burial will be held at the convenience of the family in the spring at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.  Calling hours will be conducted Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm in the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Resources of CNY, Inc., PO Box 237, East Syracuse, NY 13057.
