Chester T. Hoffman Sr.

Chester T. Hoffman Sr., 72, of Fulton died Friday June 8, 2018 in the Oswego Hospital. Mr. Hoffman was born in Auburn the son of the late Chester and Rose (Hosier) Hoffman. He was a truck driver for Fulton Iron & Steel for many years, prior to that he worked for Rodger Dairy Farm and Elmer Taylor’s Dairy Farm, and Darrel Paper Bag’s in Florida. He was a former volunteer with the Volney Fire Department. Mr. Hoffman enjoyed playing cards, bingo, dice, coloring and watching the races. He is survived by his children Diane (Greg) Tyler of Lyons, Brenda (Robert) Hoffman of Savannah, Chester Hoffman Jr. of Oswego, Mary (Richard) Bardin of Hannibal, Dustin (Kay) Hoffman of Fulton, Tammy (Mike) Allen of Clyde, 11 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his siblings Ina Ward, Sam Hoffman, Ella Ward, and Rose Graves. Calling hours will be Friday from 9:00 to 10:00 at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc. 224 w. 2nd. St. S. Fulton. Burial will be in Fairdale Cemetery.
