  1. I was sad to learn of the death of Chester. He was in the seminary with my late brother, Steve Litz (died 7-23-86 age 48) and was also a priest in the Syracuse Diocese. Many a bad snowy night,Chester stayed overnight at my parent’s home in Solvay NY as he could not get home to Oswego. I called him on occasion to always let him know I was thinking of him with prayers and love, despite his priestly challenges My parents enjoyed a friendship with his parents as they were ordained together. May he rejoin my brother as both shall rest finally in peace..
