Brad Collar, 55; of Lysander passed away at University Hospital, Syracuse after a short illness. Brad was born to the late Roland “Red” and Janice (Moore) Collar. He has been a resident of Phoenix, NY for most of his life. Brad was a United States Veteran having served in the Army from 1983-1987. He had been past employed with the Carpenter’s Local, Syracuse, NY. Brad is survived by his three children: Misty Collar of TN, Joshua Collar of Phoenix, NY; and Cody Collar of Oswego, NY, one brother Scott (Sally) Collar of Redfield, NY; and 10 grandchildren. Funeral Services and Burial were held privately. There will be no calling hours. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton has care of the arrangements.
