  1. Betty was such a wonderful, caring person and caretaker for the many beautiful, furry lives she saved. My mother, Jane Bullock, and I were loyal supporters of everything she stood for and accomplished. I hope that her dream is still flourishing, and that she’ll be able to watch over her beloved OCAWL with pride. Bettiejoe – please know you’re in my thoughts.

  2. A friend from the 1970’s when I lived on W 5th St in Oswego, she was such a caring person, I stopped by one day to urge her to connect to the internet in her search for caring folks for lost animals, not sure if she ever did. There are not many people around like Betty, will always remember her. World is a better place because of Betty.
