Bernadine Hansel, 64 , a former resident of Dublin Street, Oswego, died Monday in Loretto Heights after a long illness. Ms. Hansel was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rachel (Paternoster) Hansel, and Bernadine has remained a lifetime resident of Oswego. Ms. Hansel was a dark room technician in the radiology department for the Oswego Hospital. She was a communicant of St. Joseph Church, Oswego. She is survived by her aunts, Betty Paternoster, and Genevieve Coad. Graveside service will be 10:00a.m. Friday at St. Peter’s Cemetery. There will be no calling hours at the request of Bernadine. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar and Scanlon Funeral Home 147 West Fourth Street, Oswego.
