Antonita “Toni” C. Bloss, 29; of Oswego County passed away at University Hospital after a long illness. Toni was born in Syracuse, NY and has been a lifetime resident of Oswego County. Toni loved being around children. She also enjoyed fishing. Toni was pre-deceased by her mother Anita Ramacus, and grandmother Frances Richmond. She is survived by her father and step-mother Mark Richmond and Robin Worden of Fulton, her son Nathan Jackowski of Fulton, 3 siblings: Ramses Ramacus of Weedsport, NY; Gregory Ramacus of Oneida, NY, Frances Bond of Fulton, dearest friend Justin French, and several step siblings, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Funeral Services will be held 10:30 AM Saturday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton. Burial will be held privately. Calling hours will be conducted 9:00 to 10:30 AM at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., Fulton
