Ann Foster, 94; of Fulton died Saturday at Seneca Hill Manor, Volney. She was born in Utica, NY to the late Graham and Carrie (Fuller) Bushell. Mrs. Foster retired as a bookkeeper with Ure Insurance Agency, Fulton. She was a member of the Daughters of American Revolution, and a past Matron of Elizabeth Chapter #105 Fulton, the Fulton Women’s Club, and the Interior Decorators Club. She is also a member of the Granby Seniors, Volney Seniors, and A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. Mrs. Foster was a past member of the 1st Baptist Church, Fulton and a member of the 1st United Church, Fulton. She was pre-deceased by husband Willard Foster in 1980. Mrs. Foster is survived by her daughter: Sharon (Charles) Irwin of Martville, her twin sister Mary Phares of Fulton, 2 grandchildren: Cheryl Horning, and Richard Burdick, nephew David Phares, 7 great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren. Funeral Services and Burial will be held privately. There will be no calling hours. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton has care of the arrangements.
