Stephen Darby, 45; of Fulton died at home after a long illness. He was born in Syracuse, NY. He previously lived in Cato and Oswego before moving to Fulton 12 years ago. Mr. Darby graduated from Morrisville College with an associate degree in Wood-Product Technology. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Darby was the past owner and operator of Reliable Handeeman, Fulton for 8 years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 18 years and high school sweetheart Rose M. Darby of Fulton, 3 children: Christopher Darby of Fulton, Philip Darby of Colorado, and Breanna Darby of Fulton, his brother and sister in law: Richard and Rose (Ranger) Darby of Sandy Creek, NY, his grandson: Trent Darby of Fulton, and nephew Tyler Darby of Sandy Creek, NY. Funeral Services, and Burial will be private. Calling hours will be held privately. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton has care of the arrangements.

 

Barbara Christopher

Barbara Christopher, 88, of Fulton died Saturday in Morningstar Residential Care, Oswego. Ms Christopher was born in Fulton the daughter of the late Salvatore and Catherine (Carmada) Christopher. She worked as a bookkeeper for Morin Brothers, Fulton. Ms. Christopher is survived her brother Pasquale (Eunice) Christopher of CA, and many loving nephews and nieces. Funeral services and burial will be private. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar Funeral Home 224 West Second Street, Fulton.

 

Mary E. Castaldo

Mary E. Castaldo, 91, of Oswego died Saturday in Morningstar Residential Care, Oswego. Mrs. Castaldo was born in Fulton, the daughter of the late Joseph and Carmella (Mussolini) Munger, she was a resident of Oswego most of her life. Mrs. Castaldo enjoyed playing bridge and was a member of the American Contract Bridge League. In addition to her parents Mrs. Castaldo was predeceased by her husband Richard Castaldo in 2004, her sister Catherine Tambroni, brothers Frank, Victor, and Dominick Munger. Mrs. Castaldo is survived by her son Richard (Lorelee) Castaldo of Naples, NY, sisters Theresa Massa, Anne Bolton, and Rose Wasielewski all of Florida, two grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
